Our office assists with the resolution of divorce and family law litigation and non-litigated cases through mediation. We provide neutral services to parties willing to address contested matters outside the courtroom within the context of your unique family circumstances.
I provide mediation services for a broad range of divorce and family law circumstances: two parties representing themselves; two parties where one party is represented by a lawyer and the other party is self-represented; or, where both parties are represented by attorneys.
In addition, I draft documents reflecting the mediated agreements crafted by the parties themselves. The latter, while appearing unnecessary, is invaluable to ensure the agreements comport with the law and are durable in nature.
